Al Cambronne is freelance writer and photographer whose work has appeared in Meatpaper, Sierra, Blade, and Cooking Wild, among others. He is the coauthor of the perennial seller Gut It. Cut It. Cook It. (Krause, 2009). He is well connected with leaders among the nature, outdoors, conservation, and foodie crowd. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, he and his wife live in northern Wisconsin.
