Sona Mehring is the founder and CEO of CaringBridge, a nonprofit social media website for people experiencing health challenges. She has been featured on ABC News, was named one of Fast Company's "Most Influential Women in Technology-2011," and was a finalist for Fortune's "Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs-2011." CaringBridge.org is visited by more than 44 million people annually. It also has close to 200,000 Facebook fans, and dozens of alliances with other non-profit organizations. Mehring lives in Minnesota.
